Caniwi Capital is a privately owned investment  firm based in New Zealand.

Caniwi Capital operates a private equity fund and a commercial property fund, which invest directly into transactions originated by the executive team.  The partners are directly involved with every transaction and all capital invested into the funds comes from the firm's partners and management team without the requirement of outside investors.
