• Require a near term succession or capital re-organisation solution (such as a majority shareholder exiting)
• All industry groups considered

When considering investments Caniwi Capital will look to:

• Acquire controlling interests or minority positions with influence where Caniwi’s strategic and capital structuring skills can be best utilised
• Be a long term holder of investments (unlike other private equity firms which typically look for short term exits), with a goal to drive the business to maximise growth opportunities and increase return on equity
• Develop close working relationships with management and bring a large network of business expertise to help businesses reach their potential
